Contingency Plan & Delegations

In the event that the legislation pertaining to the ability to hold virtual meetings does not get extended and with being unable to hold face-to-face meetings due to the COVID-19 government guidance not permitting - to re-affirm and agree the delegations to the Town Clerk/Proper Officer and to form a small Emergency Committee with delegated powers to deal with emergency matters so that the Council's decision making can temporarily continue until such times as the situation is resolved to resume virtual or face-to-face meetings.
