To note the Minor Variation of Premises Licence Application for the Fleece & Flagon, 47 Corn Street, Witney under the Licensing Act 2003.

Given the short statutory timescale for Witney Town Council to respond, by prior agreement of West Oxfordshire District Council, documents are circulated electronically for the consideration of members of this Committee and the responses collated.

Witney Town Council submitted a no objection response to West Oxfordshire District Council on 21 February 2025.

The Committee noted the Application for Minor Variation from Fleece & Flagon, 47 Corn Street, Witney under the Licencing Act 2003.
