To receive correspondence advising of the submission of a planning application in the neighbouring Parish of Curbridge for 370 homes.

The Committee received the correspondence from David Lock Associates advising of the submission of a planning application for Land West of Downs Road, Witney.

Members noted that this application fell within the boundary of Curbridge Parish however, understood that like similar developments on the outskirts of the town Witney would become the developments service centre with its infrastructure being utilised by residents.

The Committee welcomed the opportunity to view the full application details when they became available for consultation as a neighbouring parish.
