The Committee received notice of the Planning Inspectorates decision to allow Planning Appeal APP/D3125/W/23/3333790 and grant permission for Land South East of Oxford Hill, Witney subject to conditions.

The Deputy Town Clerk reminded Members that negotiations were still ongoing with West Oxfordshire District Council and the developer regarding changes to the access to Windrush Cemetery as well as potential improvements to community infrastructure.
