Members should note the additional comment submitted on 14 June 2024 in respect of the Traffic Management Plan Planning Reference (R3.0052/24).

The request was circulated outside of the Committee due to the timescale given by Oxfordshire County Council.

Witney Town Council welcome the additions to the transport plan and would like to thank the agent for the inclusion of this text which helps address the concerns about the impact and safety of pedestrians during the works to take place at the Shores Green Junction.
