To note that West Oxfordshire District Council’s ‘Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)’ was formally adopted on 19 July 2023. A link can be found in the attached document.

The purpose of the SPD is to provide detailed guidance to developers, infrastructure providers and local communities on likely infrastructure requirements for developments in West Oxfordshire, so they can be factored in at an early stage.

The Committee received the confirmation of the adoption by West Oxfordshire District Council’s “Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)”.
