This item was added at the request of the Chair to allow public participation from the Witney Flood Mitigation Group.

Members advised the queries raised by the group would be passed to officers who had begun work on a Land Management Strategy for the Lake and Country Park and an Emergency Plan. The latter would be considered at a meeting of the Full Council on 6^th December and was unlikely to be a completed article but it would hopefully begin to address concerns raised by the group.
