To receive and consider the Operational and Usage report of the Public Halls Officer (to follow)

Minutes:

Members received and considered the report of the Public Halls Officer and Office Manager. There had been some successful large events but overall, the usage figures for the Corn Exchange were low and members were advised this had been a trend since its refurbishment in 2014. The Office Manager advised there were a number of issues that needed to be fully explored by the Corn Exchange Working Party.

 

RESOLVED:

 

1.       that the report be noted;

 

2. that all items, including VAT and pricing are considered by the Corn Exchange Working Party.
