That, the minutes of the Policy, Governance & Finance Committee meetings held on 30 March & 27 May 2026 were received.

F186 – Members heard that the deferred application from the Friends of Witney Community Primary School would be followed up by Officers.

Resolved:

1.       That, the minutes of the Policy, Governance & Finance Committee meetings held on 30 March & 27 May 2026 be approved as a correct record of the meeting and be signed by the Chair and,

2.       That, the deferred application for Friends of Witney Community Primary School be followed up.
