a) To adopt and sign as correct the minutes of the Committees held on 23 June, 14 July, 4 & 25 August and 15 September.

b) Matters arising from the minutes of 23 June, 14 July, 4 & 25 August and 15 September.

To receive and consider a schedule of planning decisions from West Oxfordshire District Council.

To receive notification of Planning Appeal 6016235 relating to 5A West End, Witney (WODC Ref: 26/00374/FUL)

To receive and consider a consultation from Oxfordshire County Council on the above scheme and formulate a response, if appropriate.

To consider the response to the statutory consultation on the Draft West Oxfordshire Local Plan 2043, as deferred from the previous meeting.
