To receive and consider apologies for absence.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting.  Any member of the public who so wishes may speak, at this point in the meeting, for a maximum of five minutes on any matter relating to an item on the agenda

a) To adopt and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 14 January 2020;

b) Matters Arising from the Minutes.

To receive and consider the action plan.

This is a standing item on the agenda to discuss how the Committee might support the Town Council, which has declared a Climate Emergency.

To receive and consider correspondence from OCC’s Localities Committee (to follow).

To receive and consider the report of the Principle Officer – Traffic Schemes Area Operations (North) (to follow).

To receive and consider a map of accident data as requested by Cllr Coles at the last meeting.

The dates of the next meetings are 2^nd June 2020,  29^th September 2020,  12^th January 2021 and 23 March 2021 (tbc).
