Further to the motion passed by Witney Town Council at the Extra-Ordinary Council meeting held on 8June 2020, members are asked to consider ways in which the Council can support Witney’s ‘Big Green Plan’ as presented to Oxfordshire County Council and formulate an Active Travel Infrastructure Development Plan.
