To award full payment for the distribution of the annual newsletter 2026.

Reasons for the decision:

Although Members noted concerns at the meeting regarding the apparent delivery rate of the spring newsletter, officers subsequently liaised with the distributor and received tracking data covering all areas of Witney.

Officers also reviewed the postcodes included on paper survey responses, which supported this information and confirmed that delivery coverage had been achieved across all areas.

A full or partial refund.
